Right of Withdrawal
The USER has the same rights and periods to proceed with the return and/or claim possible defects or faults that the product or service may present, both online and offline.
The USER has a period of fourteen calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product, to return it (article 71 of Law 3/2014 of March 27). Unless the return is made due to defects in the product, the shipping costs will be borne by the USER. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
The right of withdrawal cannot be applied in the following cases:
- If the product is not in perfect condition.
- If the product’s packaging is not original or is not in perfect condition. The original packaging must protect the product so that it is received in perfect condition, with the use of seals and adhesive tapes applied directly to it being prohibited.
- When the product has been opened and it cannot be demonstrated that it has not been used.
- For software applications that are directly downloaded through the portal.
- For personalized products or those that, for reasons of hygiene or other legally provided exceptions, are not subject to this right.
- Include the return form or a copy of your invoice with a note stating the reason for the return.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The return policy is 14 calendar days. Please ensure unwanted items are returned within this time period.
All returns must be communicated to the PROVIDER, requesting a return number (RMA) through the RMA form provided for this purpose, or by email to super@superpipapo.com, indicating the invoice or order number.
Once the USER has received the RMA number, they will send the product to the PROVIDER, indicating this number in the shipping letter, with transportation costs at their expense, to the address Jeen Roelof Rosier, C/ Cervantes, 3, 12500 Vinaróz (Castellón).

Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the resolution of online disputes between the USER and the PROVIDER, without the need to resort to the courts of justice, through the intervention of a third party, called a dispute resolution body, which acts as an intermediary between both parties.
This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, being able to finally suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict.

Force Majeure
The parties will not incur any liability for any failure due to a cause of force majeure. The fulfillment of the obligation will be delayed until the cessation of the cause of force majeure.
Competence
The USER may not assign, transfer, or transmit the rights, responsibilities, and obligations contracted in the sale.
If any provision of these conditions is considered null or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and compliance of the rest will not be affected in any way, nor will they suffer any modification.
The USER declares to have read, understood, and accepted these General Conditions in their entirety.
General Terms of the Offer
All sales and deliveries made by the PROVIDER will be understood to be subject to these General Conditions.
No modification, alteration, or contrary agreement to the Commercial Proposal of Jeen Roelof Rosier or stipulated herein will have effect, except for an express written agreement signed by the PROVIDER, in which case, these particular agreements will prevail.
Given the continuous technical advances and product improvements, the PROVIDER reserves the right to modify its specifications regarding the information provided in its advertising, as long as it does not affect the value of the products offered. These modifications will also be valid in cases where, for any reason, the supply of the offered products is affected.
Price and Validity Period of the Offer
The prices indicated for each product include the Value Added Tax (VAT) or other applicable taxes. These prices, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance, or any other additional services and attachments to the product or service purchased.
The prices applicable to each product are those published on the website and will be expressed in the EURO currency. The USER assumes that the economic valuation of some products may vary in real-time.
Before making the purchase, you can check online all the details of the estimate: items, quantities, price, availability, shipping costs, charges, discounts, taxes, and the total of the purchase. Prices may change daily until the order is placed.
Once the order is placed, the prices will be maintained whether there is product availability or not. All payments made to the PROVIDER entail the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered USER or the corporate name that they have informed at the time of placing the order. This invoice will be sent along with the purchased product to the email address provided by the USER.
